Queen Kelley

Welcome! I reign at my modest Georgia castle with a handsome King. Together, we care for two lovely princesses (hereafter named “Butterfly,” age 5, and “Ladybug,” age 3) and two border collie/mixed dogs named Merry and Pippin, the latter of whom truly lives up to his name (”Fool of a Took!”). I work from home, copyediting materials for two separate publishing companies. On rare days when free time exists, I like to spend it reading, writing, or jogging/walking (mostly walking) around my neighborhood. After reading little but children’s picture books, middle-grade stories, and young adult novels for many years, I still dream of creating one of my own for this young audience. I hope the blog will be an outlet for my thoughts and an opportunity for feedback. Comment away!
